Bungee + Sleepover!!
G-MAX THE ULTIMATE BUNGY IS FREAKIN' FUN LA!!
Met Elyssa and Penelope at Clarke Quay supposedly for lunch but the place is so angmohsy and there was nothing practical for us to eat. Elyssa reached half an hour earlier and she had to wait so long for Penelope and I to reach 'cause we were both late. Sorry Elyssa! When I reached, I saw Elyssa and she looked totally like XiiAoPynnKstAr ok! Hahaha, and she was carrying her teddy bear, Chipsie! No wonder she told me people kept staring at her while she was waiting. She looked totally like a runaway kid! Then Penelope came and Elyssa gave her wrong directions so we couldn't find her, hahaha. Penelope was on another bridge (what name?) while Elyssa and I were at the Coleman Bridge. We found Penelope eventually though, haha. We waited a while for Atiqa and then we walked, WALKED, to Raffles Place for lunch at Burger King. Told you we have a bond with the BK. We stayed there for about an hour since it was raining and we had to digest our food, if not it would rain a mixture of minced fries+burgers with coke when we do bungee.
Then we took the MRT back to Clarke Quay but they were cleaning the machine so we walked further down and just sat down to do talking. Dared Atiqa to walk through the fountains, like Moses, hahaha. She did, and said that the water smelled bad, yuck. We started talking about business! I want to make money now, now! After half an hour or something we went back to the G-MAX thing and then we bought tickets it was $180 in total. Atiqa must have felt damn good when she passed the money to the ang moh with curly locks. We got the student package and it includes a video of you in the capsule, a shirt/bottle/cap, and the ride itself. We all got T-shirts :)
Atiqa and Penelope went first and they were damn scared the machine would go funny so I was like, 'If you die, I'll cut off that man's hair', referring to the guy with curly locks. I was serious. It was so funny 'cause they were already screaming before the capsule was thrown up, hahaha. Before the capsule took off something emitted some white gas and then when they couldn't really see anything it took off! Atiqa and Penelope screamed like shit la! When they came down Penelope was telling us not to close our eyes even if we're scared 'cause she shut her eyes most of the time during the ride and didn't see anything. I feel for Penelope. But the feel of it is good enough yeah Penelope? :)
Next up was Elyssa and I! Elyssa kept whining before the ride, she was saying that the machine broke down 'cause white gas was coming out of it, haha. And all her nonsensical inferences of the machine -.- The ride was good, so good. But I couldn't wear my spectacles up there so the views I had of Clarke Quay were quite blurry. I saw the Singapore River and I really thought that the ropes would snap and I was gonna fall into it. Scary but super exciting and all, yay! Got videos of our rides on the camera even though we're gonna get CDs of the up close and personal videos of us. While waiting for the CDs to be ready, we all called our mothers to tell them we were safe and how cool the ride was, hahaha.
Then we took the MRT to Pasir Ris to rent VCDs from VideoEZY and get ice-cream (14 more days without ice-cream and I win). Atiqa's father has the membership stuff and there was credit in it and we didn't have to pay, HAHA. After that Atiqa's parents came to fetch us to their place and we washed up and watched our bungee videos, but there was no sound 'cause Atiqa didn't know how to fix cables. It was already funny enough. That's why I laughed my ass off today when I watched it with sound. Penelope screams damn loudly, even the ang moh said so! Dinner came and we started our movie marathon!! Esther came to join us and Penelope left at around 10, after Seed of Chucky. For the marathon, I watched The Seed of Chucky (!!), Kung Pow, She's The Man, half of Harold & Kumar go to White Castle and half of White Chicks. We said the first one to sleep goes on YouTube, can't believe I was the first to doze off, at 2AM! I was really super exhausted, hahaha. Maybe it's Harold and Kumar, they turn me off -.- Should've rented Scary Movie 1, 2, 3, 4! Anyway, they took a video of me with my camera, of course it's not going on YouTube :D The rest watched The Da Vinci Code after I slept, I think.
Then this morning we woke up and watched a little of TV, some dumb Chalk Boy cartoon on Kids Central, Motormouth and this show which made us not want to eat nuggets :( Um, we left the house and then Esther cabbed home while Atiqa, Elyssa and I went to White Sands for brunch. We ate at Ya Kun coffeestall, it was so filling. Daddy came to fetch me home and then I bathed and went out with Mummy to buy ingredients for dinner (SHE COOKED DINNER TODAY!) and came home. Mummy is ill :( Get well soon, Mummy!
